She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Rachele is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced certifications in EMDR and Integrated Somatic Approaches to Trauma. Her career has spanned private practice, research, consulting, and serving as Director of Clinical Training at a local university.
As Clinical Director, Rachele is the heart of Evolve Ojai’s therapeutic team. She oversees all clinical programming, ensures top-tier care and safety, and provides supervision and mentorship to the clinical staff. She works closely with families, participates in treatment planning, and leads weekly treatment team meetings to ensure every teen’s care plan aligns with Evolve’s evidence-based, behavioral approach. When needed, she steps in to provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring that families always feel supported.
Rachele’s approach reflects Evolve’s commitment to proven, evidence-based treatment for adolescents. She specializes in working with teens who are struggling with depression and other mental health challenges, integrating therapies like DBT, CBT, and somatic techniques to help teens understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She believes real change happens when teens feel seen for who they are — not just their struggles — and when families are actively involved in the healing process. With compassion, expertise, and strong leadership, Rachele helps teens and families find hope, connection, and a clear path forward.

She supports and develops her team of therapists through ongoing training and supervision, while also working closely with families to strengthen communication and ensure each teen’s care remains personalized and effective.
Caitlin specializes in working with adolescents struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. She has extensive expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), utilizing its four core modules—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—to help teens address complex emotional and behavioral patterns, build resilience and create lasting change. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, always tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Known for her empathy and collaborative style, Caitlin fosters a safe and supportive environment where teens and parents feel understood and empowered.
