Caitlin Gharibeh, LMFT, is the Clinical Program Director at Evolve Teen Treatment. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Caitlin earned her master’s degree from Pepperdine University and has dedicated her career to supporting adolescents and their families. She began her work at Evolve three years ago as a Primary Therapist and has since grown into her leadership role. In her role, Caitlin guides the overall clinical direction of her program, shaping treatment plans that reflect Evolve’s evidence-based philosophy. She supports and develops her team of therapists through ongoing training and supervision, while also working closely with families to strengthen communication and ensure each teen’s care remains personalized and effective.

Caitlin specializes in working with adolescents struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. She has extensive expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), utilizing its four core modules—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—to help teens address complex emotional and behavioral patterns, build resilience and create lasting change. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, always tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Known for her empathy and collaborative style, Caitlin fosters a safe and supportive environment where teens and parents feel understood and empowered. Her passion for adolescent mental health and her deep commitment to helping families navigate the healing process make her an invaluable leader at Evolve and a trusted guide for the teens she serves.
